DESCRIPTION:Friday\, May 22\, is the last day of the spring 2026 semester and the end of the 2025-2026 academic year. \nSpring 2026 Grades\n\nInstructors’ grades are due no later than May 21.\nYou should be able to view all of your grades in the CSUN Portal.\nOfficial spring 2026 transcripts will be available after end-of-term processing is complete. An availability notice will be posted at Order Transcripts.\n\nGrade of Incomplete\nThe last official day of the semester is usually the deadline for students who received a grade of Incomplete in the like term of the previous calendar year to submit course work to resolve the Incomplete and earn a grade. \n\nFor example\, students who received a grade of Incomplete in a spring 2025 course must usually complete the required course work no later than the last day of the spring 2026 semester.\nIf you need more time to complete the coursework\, you must file the Request for Extension of Time to Remove an Incomplete (PDF) before close of business on May 22\, 2026.\n\nIf you have applied to graduate and you miss the deadline or do not intend to complete the remaining coursework to remove the Incomplete\, notify Undergraduate Degree Services or Graduate Evaluations as soon as possible. \nHave a great summer!
