DESCRIPTION:You will need to be signed into Zoom with your csun.edu or my.csun.edu email address to join. \nIf you are signed into the Zoom app with a different account\, log out of Zoom\, and select the Single Sign-On (SSO) button near the bottom. If Zoom asks for a domain enter csun\, and you will be guided to CSUN’s SSO page. \n\nJoin the event on Zoom\nPoll Everywhere is a dynamic online polling platform and web-based student response system that allows participants to vote\, respond\, and provide feedback on teacher-generated prompts.    \nPoll Everywhere is a tool designed to engage your students with various polling activities such as word cloud\, questions\, and Q&A. Students can respond on their computer\, iPad or mobile phone and the instructor can link the activities to Canvas grading to give students credit for their participation.    \nThis workshop will cover:   \n\nHow to get started with Poll Everywhere  \n\n\nHow activities such as word cloud work  \n\n\nHow to create these activities\n\n*If you require an ASL interpreter\, please contact your department. \n**For Zoom captions – please pre-enable automated captions/transcript on the Zoom website (not the app) before the meeting begins as it cannot be turned on while the meeting is running.
