SUMMARY:Constructive Discomfort: Building a Campus Culture Where Students\, Staff\, and Faculty Feel Empowered to Engage Conflict Early | CSU CCC
DESCRIPTION:Location: Online via Zoom; Connection details provided upon registration\n\nDescription:\nConflict rarely begins with a major confrontation. More often\, it starts with a moment of confusion\, tension\, or discomfort that goes unaddressed.
