DESCRIPTION:Location: Online via Zoom; Connection details provided upon registration\n\nDescription:\nSession Title: “Enhancing Cultural Inclusion and Respect” Description: Join us for this engaging\, live instructor-led training by SkillPath\, where we focus on creating a culture of respect and open communication. This session covers modules on setting the tone for communication\, understanding the role of respect and trust\, and commanding respect in any situation. This session is suitable for all learners levels. Join Us! Course Content: • Module 1: Set the Tone for Open and Honest Communication o Advocate for diversity and inclusion through effective communication. o Develop a toolkit for addressing workplace discrimination. o Facilitate open discussions on potentially uncomfortable topics. • Module 2: Foundations of Cultural Inclusion o Describe the benefits of inclusive work cultures. o Define the value of diverse workplaces with recent research. o Draft an organizational vision for diversity and inclusion. • Module 3: Understanding the Role of Respect and Trust o Examine the importance of civility\, respect\, and trust in the workplace. o Overcome conflicts by building mutual respect. o Establish integrity through character and ethics. • Module 4: Commanding Respect in Any Situation o Demonstrate concern and respect in all interactions. o Assess personality strengths and behaviors that build trust. o Understand cultural differences to communicate effectively.
