DESCRIPTION:Location: Online via Zoom; Connection details provided upon registration\n\nDescription:\nFeedback. We all give and receive it both at work and in our personal lives. It can be an emotionally exhausting experience to be on either side of the conversation. In this workshop\, we will explore how our brains receive and process feedback. We will create a simple brain map to understand our personal reactions to feedback\, which will in turn help us better frame the feedback we provide to others. This workshop is open to all employees—manager\, staff\, faculty. While we will be building on some of the frameworks taught in Principles of Supervision (HEXACO\, cognitive bias\, STAR/AR)\, all are welcome to attend!
