This beginner-to-intermediate workshop takes a practical\, human-centered approach to AI\, with ChatGPT as the primary tool and examples from other AI platforms. Through demonstrations\, discussion\, and hands-on exploration\, participants will discover ways AI can support everyday work\, creativity\, career development\, and personal well-being—from drafting and brainstorming to working with documents\, data\, images\, and other content.\n\nRather than trying to keep up with every new AI tool or feature\, participants will learn strategies for starting small\, experimenting safely\, improving results through prompting and context\, and developing their own judgment about when AI is—and isn’t—the right tool.
