His research is published in Text & Performance Quarterly\, Journal of Multilingual and Multicultural Development\, Western Journal of Black Studies\, Communication Research\, and Communication Education. Dr. Rodríguez has also received awards for the quality of his research from the National Communication Association (NCA)\, the International Communication Association (ICA)\, and the Association of Teacher Educators (ATE). His worked has been featured on ABC7\, KMEX\, and TEDxCSULB. In the community\, Dr. Rodríguez is an active seminar trainer and consultant\, with over 20 years of experience\, partnering with organizations to create inclusive cultures for equitable change.  \nDescription:\nDr. Jose I. Rodriguez will present on The Power of Empathy in our Interactions with Others. \n​The webinar discusses original research\, demonstrating how individuals can respond empathically in conversations with diverse others to cultivate compassion in organizational settings.
