SUMMARY:Financial Literacy Workshop: What You Should Know About Student Loans
DESCRIPTION:Learn about interest rates\, different types of student loans\, loan limits\, repayment plan options\, how to estimate monthly payments\, how to avoid loan default\, and what to do if you have trouble making payments.  \nThis workshop is approximately 1 hour\, online via Zoom. \nRegister for Workshop \nRequests for accommodation services (e.g.\, sign language interpreters or transcribers) must be made at least five (5) business days in advance. Please contact Kathryn Vanegas at kathryn.vanegas@csun.edu to request accommodations. \nNote: This workshop does not substitute for the federally mandated Loan Entrance/Exit Counseling requirements.
