DESCRIPTION:Dr. Nicole M. Guidotti-Hernández earned her Ph.D. in English from Cornell University. She has been on the faculty at the University of Arizona and served as the inaugural chair of the Department of Mexican American and Latina/o Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently a Professor in the Department of English at Northeastern University. Dr. Guidotti-Hernández is the author of numerous award-winning books and co-edits two book series (UT Press and University of Nebraska Press).
