Finalizing your schedule no later than 11:59 p.m. today will make life easier! \nNoteworthy: \n\nFeb. 16\, 2025\, is the “end” of the fourth week of classes and the last day to drop classes or change the basis of grading online.\nRecorded enrollments are considered official on the 20th day of instruction (i.e.\, Census) on Monday\, Feb. 17.\n\nAfter Feb. 16\, the Fourth Week of Instruction:\n\nTo drop one or more classes\, completely withdraw\, or change the basis of grading\, formal approval is required. Please complete the appropriate late schedule change form(s).*\nTo add classes\, request a permission number from your professor and enroll using self-service registration.\n\n*If approval to drop after Feb. 16 is granted\, a grade of “W” — authorized withdrawal — will be assigned. \nFor additional instructions\, forms and deadlines\, visit Late Schedule Changes. DESCRIPTION:The fifth week of classes begins Monday\, Feb. 17\, 2025. \n\nYour academic schedule is considered official by the end of the fourth week of classes.\nIn the fifth week and after\, withdrawing from one or more classes or changing the basis of grading are possible only for serious and compelling reasons. Formal approval is required.\n\nTo Drop a Class in Week 5 and On:\nTo drop classes or completely withdraw from the university\, do the following beginning Feb. 17: \n\nRequest formal approval using the appropriate Late Schedule Change forms.\nFind medical withdrawal information including a general timeline and procedures.\nVisit the University Cash Services website for refund information and eligibility.\nDrop classes you no longer want to avoid a failing grade and more.
