It’s called “late” because classes have started\, but even after classes begin\, you can adjust your schedule using online\, self-service registration. It’s perfectly fine! \nYou may add\, drop and swap classes\, and change the basis of grading online\, but what it depends on which week of classes we’re in. \n1st Week of Classes\nStarting with the first week of classes\, Aug. 25 through Sept. 1\, 2025: \n\nWait-listing is available through Monday\, Sept. 1\, 11:59 p.m.\, the Labor Day holiday.\nNo permission is required to add classes except for restricted classes\, which always require permission.\nThe maximum load is 18 units for undergraduates and 16 units for graduate students. Check unit load exceptions.\nRepeating courses is permitted (started July 2).\nProrated refunds begin.
