Visit Order Transcripts for details.\n\nGrades of Incomplete\nThe last official day of the semester is usually the deadline for students who received a grade of Incomplete in the like term of the previous calendar year to submit coursework\, complete the class and earn a grade. \n\nFor example\, students who received a grade of Incomplete in a fall 2024 course must usually complete the required coursework no later than the last day of the fall 2025 semester.\nIf you need more time to complete the coursework\, you must file the Request for Extension of Time to Remove an Incomplete (PDF) before close of business on Dec. 24\, 2025.*\n\nIf you have applied to graduate and you miss the deadline or do not intend to complete the remaining coursework to remove the Incomplete\, notify Undergraduate Degree Services or Graduate Evaluations as soon as possible. \n*Note: Some offices are closed on Dec. 24. DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, Jan. 13\, 2026\, is the deadline to pay tuition and other fees for spring 2026 classes when you enroll between Nov. 3\, 2025\, and Jan. 13\, 2026.
