DESCRIPTION:Monday\, Feb. 15\, 2027 — the end of the fourth week of classes — is the last day for undergraduate and second bachelor’s degree students to drop classes online using self-service registration. Finalizing your schedule before 11:59 p.m. today will make life easier! \nNote: If you are a graduate student\, Feb. 9 was the last day to drop classes online. Visit Last Day to Drop\, Graduate Students\, Spring 2027. \nNoteworthy: Recorded enrollments are considered official on the 20th day of instruction (i.e.\, Census) on Tuesday\, Feb. 16. \nAfter the Fourth Week of Instruction:\n\nTo drop one or more classes\, completely withdraw\, or change the basis of grading after Feb. 15\, formal approval is required. Please complete the appropriate late schedule change form(s).*\nTo add classes\, request a permission number from your professor and enroll using online\, self-service registration.\n\n*If approval to drop is granted\, a grade of “W”: authorized withdrawal will be assigned. See Grade of “W” Assigned\, Spring 2027. \nFor additional instructions\, forms and deadlines\, visit Late Schedule Changes. \nPlease note the precautions for reducing units. Reducing the number of enrolled units may affect your eligibility for financial aid\, campus housing\, international student status and more. \nImportant Fee Payment Information:\n\nIf you drop all classes (completely withdraw) before the 60% point of instruction\, you might be eligible for a prorated refund.\nIf you add classes after Feb. 15\, you may owe additional tuition and other fees.
