An availability notice will be posted at Order Transcripts.\n\nGrade of Incomplete\nThe last official day of the semester is usually the deadline for students who received a grade of Incomplete in the like term of the previous calendar year to submit course work to resolve the Incomplete and earn a grade. \n\nFor example\, students who received a grade of Incomplete in a spring 2024 course must usually complete the required course work no later than the last day of the spring 2025 semester.\nIf you need more time to complete the coursework\, you must file the Request for Extension of Time to Remove an Incomplete (PDF) before close of business on May 23\, 2025.\n\nIf you have applied to graduate and you miss the deadline or do not intend to complete the remaining coursework to remove the Incomplete\, notify Undergraduate Degree Services or Graduate Evaluations as soon as possible.
