To that end\, she is also on faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine\, where she teaches toxicology to second-year veterinary medicine students.

Ortega (she/her)\, B.S. Kinesiology Applied Fitness\, Class of 2025 \nMinea Ortega is a senior at California State University\, Northridge\, majoring in Kinesiology Applied Fitness. She serves as an on-campus student employment peer educator at the career center and as a resident advisor at CSUN student housing. Additionally\, Minea is currently interning with the Sensory Motor Program under the Kinesiology department\, where she enhances her practical skills and academic knowledge. To pursue her passion for improving lives\, she aspires to become a pediatric occupational therapist. Her dedication to academic excellence and community service reflects her commitment to creating a healthier and more inclusive future. Her work continues to inspire growth. \n  \n \nMikayla Cann\, B.S. Fashion Merchandising\, Class of 2024 \nMikayla is a recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Merchandising from CSUN. Throughout her studies\, she gained valuable experience through internships at Target and within the fashion industry. She was also actively involved in the Trends Fashion Club\, where she developed strong leadership and communication skills. Passionate about fashion\, Mikayla is eager to share her journey and provide insights into the transition from college to the professional world. She believes in continuous growth\, adaptability\, and the importance of building meaningful connections in today’s ever-evolving industry. Mikayla is excited to engage with fellow students and fellow professionals. \n  \n  \nCindy Chavez\, B.A. Broadcast Journalism\, Class of 2025 \nCindy Chavez is a Broadcast Journalism student at CSUN\, focusing on storytelling\, media production\, and community engagement. She has produced student-led radio newscasts for KCSN News 88.5 FM and contributed to archival projects for the Tom & Ethel Bradley Center. Cindy gained hands-on experience in broadcasting and social media marketing through internships at KESQ News Channel 3 and the Palm Springs International Film Society. As a former College Corps Fellow\, she supported FIND Food Bank’s food security initiatives in the Coachella Valley. Currently\, she is the Events & Outreach Student Assistant for CSUN Alumni Relations. She will graduate this spring. \n  \n  \nKelly Nguyen\, B.A Psychology\, Class of 2024 \nKelly Nguyen is an alumnus of California State University\, Northridge. She majored in Psychology and is currently planning to attend graduate school to become a Career Counselor in Higher Ed. During her time at CSUN\, she did an internship at CSUN in DC as a Program Management Intern with LULAC where she became more aware of politics and governmental impact on minorities\, specifically the Hispanic community. Before being promoted to a management position\, he served as a sales rep for the Angels for 3 years holding the titles of Group Sales Account Executive and Group Sales Account Manager. During his time as a sales rep\, Keegan helped to host groups of all kinds at the ballpark providing them with lasting memories. \n  \nPrior to working for the Angels\, Keegan’s first opportunity out of college was as a New Business Consultant selling ticket packages\, suites\, and group outings for the Arizona Diamondbacks. After a year with the Diamondbacks\, he then moved to Southern California to work for the San Diego Padres in which he assumed a similar role as an Inside Sales Representative before making the jump to the Angels. \n  \nKeegan graduated in 2019 from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Marketing & Management as well as a minor in Business. \n  \n  \n \nHayley Tanabe\, Director of New Business with the LA Sparks \n  \nHayley Tanabe graduated from CSUN in 2020 with a double major in Business Management and Marketing\, and is a proud CSUN WBB alum. She began her career with the LA Clippers as an Inside Sales Executive before moving on to the NBA G-League’s Ontario Clippers. Now\, as Director of New Business with the LA Sparks\, Hayley oversees the sales team\, driving revenue growth and business development to strengthen the organization’s position in the sports industry and WNBA. \n  \n  \n  \n  \n \nDavid Chinchilla\, Director of Ticket Sales at Angel City Football Club \n  \nDavid Chinchilla (16′) is the Director of Ticket Sales at Angel City Football Club\, LA’s newest professional soccer team. He oversees the strategic planning of everything related to selling tickets as well as the development of ticketing sales managers and entry level sales representatives. He has 9+ years of experience in the sports industry with 7 of them being in ticket sales. Prior to working for Angel City FC\, David worked in the sports sponsorship sales space with Wit Sports\, in the ticket sales space with the LA Galaxy and the LA Clippers\, and did a summer client services internship at Wasserman. He is of Salvadoran descent and resides in Whittier with his wife and three little dogs \n  \n \nBrittany Douglas\, Member Services Representative\, LA Rams. \nBrittany Douglas is a seasoned sports professional hailing from Oakland\, California. A graduate of California State University\, Northridge\, she has built a 15-year career in the sports industry. Brittany has had the privilege of working with notable organizations such as CSUN Athletics and the Los Angeles Dodgers. She is currently an Account Manager with the Los Angeles Rams. Judge Pirozzi has been a licensed real estate broker since 1978 and previously held a Series 7 securities license. DESCRIPTION:As the third session of National Student Employment Week\, we partnered with From Here to Career to open up their Alumni Meet Up Series to all student employees on campus. \nAlumni Meet Ups serves as an opportunity for CSUN student employees to learn from alumni about how they have leveraged the skills they learned in their student jobs to their professional work post-graduation. \n  \nWe will be having four CSUN alumni speakers join us: \n\n(1) Kadi Aguilar\, MSW\, ACSW is a Clinical Social Worker who serves as a Mental Health Therapist for the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation.\n(2) Jorge Reyes Salinas serves as the Communications Director at Equality California.\n(3) TBD.\n(4) TBD.\n\nRegister Today! \n  \n\n\n\nTo request an accommodation please contact odette.fullum@csun.edu.
