SUMMARY:2025 Doctoral Dissertation Spotlight
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to invite you to attend the 2025 Doctoral Dissertation Spotlight. The dissertation spotlight is an annual celebration of student research jointly sponsored by the CSUN Education Alumni Chapter and the Educational Leadership & Policy Studies (ELPS) Ed.D. Program. This is an excellent opportunity for the public and CSUN community to acknowledge important research done in the ELPS Ed.D. Program. \nOur esteemed presenters this year will be: Dr. Tamar Atmajian (PK1220 Cohort)\, Dr. Nancy Madrid (PK1218 Cohort)\, and Dr. Christopher Shining (PK1220 Cohort). \nThe Dissertation Spotlight will be a Hyflex (combination Zoom and in person) event with the selected alumni giving presentations on their dissertation research. Each of the three presenters will have 20 minutes\, and presentations will be back-to-back with opportunities for attendees to ask questions. A reception hosted by the CSUN Education Alumni Chapter will follow the event. \nDate: Saturday\, March 29 \nTime: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. \nLocation: In-person (CSUN ED1130) and via Zoom \nREGISTER FOR ZOOM\nREGISTER FOR IN-PERSON\nWe hope you can attend and be part of this inspiring event. \nWe encourage those who require visual\, auditory or mobility assistance to attend.
