DESCRIPTION:**This event is currently open to junior\, seniors and recent CSUN graduates (less than 5 years out)** \nRegister to participate in our Corporate Connect at Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Get the chance to hear about LADWP’s internship/job opportunities\, and how to get hired at LADWP. Participate in a speed networking session with LADWP employees and connect with over 200 CSUN alumni working at LADWP. \nDate: Tuesday\, November 19 \nTime: 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. \nLocation: \nLADWP \n111 N Hope Street \nLos Angeles\, CA 90012 \nCost: Free \nTransportation: We are providing transportation for all student participants. \nOur alumni registrants should arrange transportation for themselves. There will be on-site parking available for our alumni attendees. \nCheck in for the event will be at CSUN. \nImportant: Space is limited\, and seats are on a first come\, first served basis. Register ASAP! \n*You will receive an email from Alumni Relations detailing next steps after you register. \nThe CSUN Alumni Association’s Corporate Connect Program is a unique event serving as a catalyst for students and graduates to explore new and different places to work. This program opens a range of possibilities for working closely with potential employers\, considering different industries\, hearing alumni career stories and observing real-world corporate developments. \nDuring a corporate visit\, a small group of up to 20 participants will spend a day at a Fortune 500 company. The visit will include a site tour (or walk-through)\, an overview of the organization/industry\, an alumni career story and a sponsored Q&A lunch. \nWe encourage those who require visual\, auditory or mobility assistance to attend.
