These changes take effect April 24\, 2027. \nThis workshop for staff in academic departments will help you help your faculty prepare. We’ll cover: \n\nSummary of the ADA changes\nS.M.A.R.T. accessibility goals for faculty\nHow do you even know if a course file needs attention?\nUniversity support and resources for faculty\nCidi Labs in Canvas\nAnd more tools\nUniversal Design Center (UDC) and Academic Technology\nTraining workshops\nConsultations\nAdditional support\nWith time for questions\n\nNote: This workshop will not cover how to fix course materials. UDC’s semester training series for all faculty\, staff\, and student employees presents the “how-to” for various popular content creation tools. \nUDC also offers custom department workshops!
