DESCRIPTION:Activities and resources at the CSUN University Library \n\n\nDon’t let Finals stress get you down. Whether you need a good place to study\, help with research\, or even a little break\, CSUN University Library is here for you. From December 3rd through Finals Week\, the Library will host a variety of activities to support your studies and your well-being. \n\n\nExtended Hours\nThe Library will be open for longer hours starting December 7th December 17. \n\nSaturday 12/7 – 12 PM until 10 PM\nSunday 12/8 through Monday 12/16 – 7 AM until 3 AM\nTuesday 12/17 – 7 AM until 10 PM\n\nYou can always find the most up-to-date building hours on the Library website. If you need research help\, you can talk to a Librarian online 24/7! \n\n\n\n\nStress-Less Activities at the Library\nBuild Your Own Finals Survival Kit (Main floor lobby)\nGo into finals week feeling prepared by creating your own Finals Survival kit: stickers\, snacks\, highlighters\, and more! Starting December 9th. (Supplies are will vary and can run out.) \n\n\nDe-Stress at the “Stress-Less Station” Tables in the Library Lobby.\n\nStress-Less Coloring\nButton-Making with Creative Maker Studio: CMS will facilitate button-making; “press your stress” into a fun accessory!\nMindful Origami\nPuzzle Station\n\nDrop in December 5th through December 8th. (Supplies are will vary and can run out.) \n\n\n\nGraffiti Board\n12/4 through 12/18 on the Main Floor of the Learning Commons. The good\, the bad\, and the in-between – tell us how finals are going on our graffiti board! \n\n\n\nCheck-out Board Games\nTake a break and play one of your favorite board games or puzzles. Board games can be checked out at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby – 12/4 through 12/18 \n\n\nRelaxing Videos on the Media Wall\nStop by the ASRS Viewing Room\, Main Floor\, East Wing and catch some of our fun\, cute\, and relaxing videos. \nGood to Know\n\nAsk questions and get research help at the Reference Desk – Main Floor\, Learning Commons.\n\nFor more research assistance from the Library\, check out our online tutorials and subject guides or get in touch with a subject specialist\,or talk to a Librarian online 24/7.\n\n\nGet writing support at the Learning Resource Center – 3rd Floor\, East Wing\nIndividual and group study rooms can be reserved on LibCal\n\nprotip: Try to book a day or two ahead!
