Winter Term 2026 registration begins Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025. View Winter Term courses in Class Search, select Winter Session 2026, and filter the instruction mode by choosing “no set meeting days or times.”
Winter Term offers regular CSUN courses fully online through CSUN’s Tseng College of Extended Learning as a “”special session.” Courses are offered on a self-support basis at a per-unit fee.
Winter Session Highlights
- Complete coursework at an accelerated pace.
- Earn up to four transferrable units.
- No registration appointment is required.
- Courses are held fully online. No trips to campus are required.
Important Winter Session Dates
- Classes begin Monday, Dec. 22, 2025 and end Friday, Jan. 16, 2026.
- The last day to add online without permission is Monday, Dec. 29, 2025.
