Weekend Classes Begin, Fall 2025

As is typical for most fall semesters, fall 2025 weekend classes begin BEFORE weekday classes do. Be sure to attend your first class meeting!

Here’s a list of important dates for your first week of classes:

• Friday-Saturday and Saturday-only classes begin Aug. 23, 2025.
• Sunday-only classes start Aug.24.
• Weekday classes begin Monday, Aug. 25.

You can check your first and last class meeting dates in Class Search and in the CSUN Portal under the top Academics tab.

Wait listing for closed classes ends Monday, Sept. 1, at 11:59 p.m. on the Labor Day holiday.
