David Hernández Palmar is a Wayuu filmmaker, cultural advocate, and communicator from the Guajira region of Venezuela. His work centers on Indigenous identity, memory, territory, and language, with a strong commitment to visual storytelling as a tool for cultural preservation and self-representation.
