Spring 2027 Weekday Classes Begin

Spring 2027 weekday classes begin BEFORE weekend classes do! Classes will begin Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2027.

Class Start Dates

Here’s a list of important dates for your first week of classes:

• Weekday classes begin Wednesday, Jan. 20.*
• Friday-only and Friday-Saturday classes begin Jan. 22.
• Saturday-only classes start Jan. 23.
• Sunday-only classes start Jan. 24.

*Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, is Monday, Jan. 18, 2027. Campus is closed; no instruction.

Find Your Class Locations

If you need to look up your new class schedule or room locations, here are some tips:

• Look up your classes on the go with the CSUN Mobile App.
• Find a course by its subject, course number and five-digit class number in Class Search. Then select the classroom link for a map and photo of the building.
• Log in to the CSUN Portal. Select Academics in the top navigation and then My Classes.

Registration Continues

The Late Registration and Schedule Adjustment period also starts today.

• Wait-listing continues through Tuesday, Jan. 26, 11:59 p.m.
• Permission numbers are required to add all classes starting Wednesday, Jan. 27.
