
Join the Institute for Sustainability for the inaugural Wildfire Convention, a day dedicated to advancing wildfire resilience and cultivating the next generation of environmental leaders. The event will feature interactive discussions on community preparedness, a Environmental Career, Workforce Development, and Resource Opportunity Fair for students, and an expert panel presenting the latest insights on Firewise communities and strategies for building community resilience. Participants will explore best practices in prevention, mitigation, and community engagement while connecting with leaders from fire agencies, nonprofits, and local organizations. The Institute will also unveil findings from the December 2025 Wildfire Resiliency Summit Report, showcasing success stories, proven strategies, and actionable steps to strengthen wildfire resilience across the region.
