Registration-by-Appointment Begins, Spring 2026

Get Ready to Enroll!

Registration-by-Appointment for spring 2026 classes begins Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025. Unfortunately, your enrollment appointment is not negotiable; it’s based on the number of units you’ve completed, your class level and other factors.

• You may enroll starting with your registration appointment date and time and after.
• Registration-by-Appointment ends Friday, Dec. 12.
• After Dec. 12, no appointment is required to enroll.

If you haven’t already met with your academic advisor, make an appointment today.

During the Registration-by-Appointment period:

• No permission is required to add classes unless they are restricted. Check for restrictions in “class notes” in Class Search.
• Maximum load for students in good standing: 18 units. Check academic load exceptions.
• You can wait-list for closed classes (maximum of 13 wait-listed units).
• Repeating classes previously taken at CSUN is permitted beginning Dec. 13.
