Saleem Shah is a civic innovator and technology leader who bridges community engagement, organizational strategy, and agile systems design. He serves as Senior Programs Manager at the Council on American-Islamic Relations, Los Angeles (CAIR-LA), where he oversees youth leadership, civil rights education, and community-based civic initiatives across Southern California.
