Gina Zelaya, Talent Acquisition Mnaager, Enrerprise Mobility
Gina graduated from UC Irvine and joined Enterprise Mobility in May of 2021. She worked my way up through several management positions in the Inland Empire in Southern California. Most recently, she was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager where she is currently responsible for hiring in the Central Coast and North Los Angeles.

Guthrie Raimondo, District Manager, Sunrun
Guthrie Raimondo brings 14 years of leadership across the solar, storage, and renewable energy space. He has overseen more than $330 million in solar and storage projects through Director-level roles at leading companies across California and Hawaii. Guthrie co-founded his own solar sales and marketing company before Sunrun, the nation’s largest residential solar company, brought him on to build high-performing residential sales teams across the country. A first-generation college graduate and four-year varsity soccer player at Vassar College. Guthrie has built his career with two central focuses: helping homeowners understand the genuine value of clean energy, and building careers that are both meaningful and financially rewarding.

Victor Rivera, Vice President Consumer Banking Market Leader, Bank of America
Victor Rivera is a Vice President and Consumer Banking Market Leader at Bank of America, where he leads teams and focuses on delivering strong client experiences while developing future leaders. His career spans frontline, operational, and senior leadership roles, giving him a practical perspective on building confidence, credibility, and leadership skills over time.
Victor is passionate about mentoring students and early-career professionals, helping them navigate career decisions and bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world success. His work centers on leadership development, ethical decision-making, and professional growth.

Charles Donaldson, Jr., Talent Acquisition Specialist – Early Talent Programs, The Sherwin-Williams Company
Charles Donaldson, Jr. is currently a Talent AcquisiƟon Specialist for Early Talent Programs, and he is approaching his 8th year with Sherwin-Williams. Charles began his Sherwin-Williams career as a Human Resources Shared Services representaƟve for the Southwest Division. Charles also worked as a Recruitment Coordinator for Corporate Talent AcquisiƟon, and he earned his CerƟfied Professional cerƟficaƟon from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2021. Originally from Haƫesburg, Mississippi, Charles’ professional experience also includes serving as an officer in the United States Coast Guard. In his spare Ɵme, Charles enjoys traveling and aƩending various arts & culture events throughout Cleveland, Ohio.
