Last Day to File Documents for Spring 2026 Graduation
July 24, 2026 at 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday, July 24, 2026, is the last day to file documents and confirm awarding of Bachelor’s Degree for spring 2026 graduation. Be sure to submit all documents in order to verify your degree and diploma!
If meeting the document deadline isn’t possible, file a Graduation Date Change for Bachelor’s Degree (PDF) form.

- We are located in Bayramian Hall (BH), Room 170.
- Our office opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m., so please arrive by 3:45 p.m. if possible.
