Come celebrate Filipino Independence Day with us at “Kalayaan Sa Isipan”! Join FFRC , North LA County Regional Center , and the LA County Department of Mental Health on Friday, June 12th. Guest speaker Anna Reyes will help enhance our understanding of emotional wellbeing, stress, neurodevelopmental disorders, and the role of caregivers. In the spirit of Filipino tradition, potluck contributions are encouraged!
