Learn how CSUN’s locally developed Canvas Insights tool supports instructional continuity during service disruptions and beyond. This workshop will introduce faculty to Canvas Insights features, including access to gradebook-related data, student engagement filters, and personalized communication tools outside of Canvas. Participants will explore how the tool supported faculty during the Spring 2026 global Canvas outage and learn practical strategies for using Canvas Insights to monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and maintain communication during critical points in the semester.
