Holiday – Independence Day 2026
July 3 at 12:00 am to July 5 at 11:59 pm
At CSUN this summer, Independence Day is observed over two days, Friday and Saturday, July 3 and 4, 2026.
- Summer term classes are not in session Friday through Sunday, July 3 to 5.
- Campus business offices are also closed.
- Summer classes resume Monday, July 6.
If you are planning a trip to campus, you may first want to check University Library hours, Student Recreation Center hours, etc.
