Farewell to Consul Xuejing Sun

California State University, Northridge (CSUN) faculty members held a farewell gathering to
honor Consul Xuejing Sun of the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles, recognizing her
five years of collaboration and support in advancing cultural and academic initiatives. The event
also served to welcome incoming Consul Jin Guo and initiate discussions on future international
engagement.
The meeting agenda included topics such as visiting scholar programs, strategic directions for
academic collaboration, and preliminary suggestions for a potential presidential visit to China.
The exchange reaffirmed CSUN’s commitment to strengthening global partnerships and
fostering cross-cultural dialogue.
