Fall 2025 Weekday Classes Begin

Monday, Aug. 25, is the first weekday of fall 2025 instruction! We hope you’re excited to start your fall adventure.

Forgot Your Class Schedule?

If you need to look up your new class schedule or room locations, here are some tips:

• Look up your classes on the go with the CSUN Mobile App.
• Find an individual course by its subject, course number and five-digit class number in Class Search. Then select the classroom link for a map and photo of the building.
• Log in to the CSUN Portal. Then select the Academics tab from the top navigation, followed by My Classes.

Late Registration & Schedule Adjustment

The first weekday of classes marks the start of Late Registration and Schedule Adjustment. During the first week of classes:

• You may continue to add, drop and swap classes and change the basis of grading online.
• No permission number is needed to add a class unless it is restricted.
• Wait listing for closed classes continues through Monday, Sept. 1, 2025 (Labor Day holiday).

A permission number is required to add all classes beginning with the second week, Sept. 2 and on.
