Final Exams Week

Final examinations are held Saturday through Friday, Dec. 13 through 19, 2025.

• Your final exam schedule displays with your class schedule in the CSUN Portal under the top menu Academics tab and the Current Class Schedule link.
• If you have a final exam schedule conflict, contact both professors immediately to request alternate arrangements.

View Grades in the CSUN Portal

• You may be able to view some of your grades through the CSUN Portal as early as Dec. 13. Grades are updated nightly thereafter.
• The last day for instructors to report grades is Tuesday, Dec. 23.
• The last official day of the fall 2025 semester is Wednesday, Dec. 24.

Grade of Incomplete

• If you received a grade of Incomplete in the fall 2024 semester, you must submit the required course work by the last official day of fall 2025, the following calendar year.
• If you need more time to complete the course work, you must file the Request for Extension of Time to Remove an Incomplete (PDF) before Dec.24, 2025.*

*Please note that some offices may be closed on Dec. 24. Please plan ahead accordingly.
