Decolonization: Reclaiming Our Mental Health in the Latin(x) Community by Dr. Ramόn Garcίa

Facilitated by Dr. Ramón García, this workshop will address the process of decolonization as it pertains to our mental health in Latinx communities. We will define what decolonization is and why it is important in the mental health field. This workshop will also serve as a space for participants to collaborate with (a) mental health therapist(s) to redefine what healing looks like for themselves.
