This presentation will provide an overview of North LA County Regional Center’s transition age services designed to support individuals with disabilities as they prepare for and transition into competitive integrated employment.

We will explore how the Department of Rehabilitation and Regional Centers can work together to connect individuals with employment resources, vocational support, and services that promote greater independence and long-term career success after high school.
