Canvas Basics

If you’re new to teaching or have never used Canvas, this workshop covers the fundamentals to get you started. Participants will learn how to navigate Canvas, upload files, create pages and modules, set up assignments and discussions, explore quiz basics, and manage the gradebook.

If you are signed into the Zoom app with a different account, log out of Zoom, and select the Single Sign-On (SSO) button near the bottom. If Zoom asks for a domain enter csun, and you will be guided to CSUN’s SSO page.
