Emily Serebryany, Co-Founder, Female Leadership Evolved Institute
Emily Serebryany is a first-generation immigrant, CSUN alum, two-time founder with a successful exit, angel investor, board member, and mentor. She scaled her first company from zero to $45 million in annual recurring revenue before leading it to acquisition. Now building her third venture, Institute FLE, she advances science-informed leadership and sustainable performance for women. Her work blends evidence-based practices with practical tools for managing stress, energy, focus, and decision-making in high-pressure roles. As an advisor and speaker, Emily partners with founders and students on go-to-market strategies, hiring, and culture.
Debi Durzi, Broker Associate | Realtor, Pinnacle Estate Properties
As a third generation Realtor, Debi Durzi learned from her grandfather the ethics of hard work and dedication with the core values of honesty, integrity, and service. She believes that exceptional client satisfaction is essential to her success as a real estate professional. As a former teacher, she believes it is important to stay educated and up to date on changes in real estate laws and practices to make certain each experience is smooth and completed with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Debi earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, from California State University, Northridge in 1994, is a native of California, and was born and raised in Burbank. John has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years in the automotive and hospitality industries. For the past 7 years he has worked extensively with investors helping them maximize their return on their investments. He has helped numerous investors rehabilitate and remodel homes as well as worked with dozens and dozens of buyers. With over 22 years of combined real estate experience, John and Debi currently work as Probate & Trust Specialists. They enjoy educating their clients and helping them to understand all the components for getting the best value out of a transaction. They take pride in providing excellent customer service to ensure that all their clients get personal attention through our “hands on” approach by staying involved in every aspect of the home sale. They work together as a “Husband & Wife” Team at Pinnacle Estate Properties while remaining highly accessible to clients and personally tending to all the important details. John & Debi have been married for nearly 30 years and have two grown sons, Justin, and Joshua. Cam Kashani, CEO, Divinus VX
Cam Kashani, SSD, MBA, is known as ‘The Spiritual Surgeon’, guiding people to identify and heal their wounds and embody their authentic power, using a combination of intuitive coaching and Spiritual Psychology. She has her doctorate in Spirituality and has been nominated four times for her work. She’s also an Inspirational Speaker.
Throughout her career, she has coached hundreds of people and her speaking has reached thousands. She was named one of the most “Inspirational Women” by Inc. Magazine, and has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, LA Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, Delta SKY Magazine and more. She also hosts a podcast called “The Cam Kashani Show”, focused on ‘Redefining Beauty, Body, and Self’.
She is a serial entrepreneur and has built four companies, and has been an Expert Speaker with the US State Department in a program proven to ward off extremism by empowering the women and youth overseas, and was sent to both Kuwait and Bahrain to spread her light.
Her most recent company, Divinus LVX, which translates to “Divine Light”, is focused on ushering women and men into their Divine Power.
Previously, she co-founded the first coworking space in Los Angeles for technology startups and entrepreneurs in 2010, Coloft. During her four years there, Coloft had over 1800 alumni, including Uber LA, Instacart, Fullscreen and others. Coloft was known as “ground zero” for the LA Startup ecosystem, earning her the title the “Godmother of Silicon Beach”.
Cam has her Doctorate in Spirituality, her MBA In Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and her degree in Advanced Spiritual Psychology. She’s happily married to the love of her life and is a mom to twin boys.
Cam has a deeply rooted passion for working specifically with women as she believes that when women embrace their deeply rooted power, the Divine Feminine, we can shift the collective energy, and ultimately create a more harmonious world for us all. Women in their authentic power is what the world is missing.
Gina Zelayo, Talent Acquisition Manager, Enterprise Mobility
Gina Zelayo graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Chicano/Latino Studies. She joined Enterprise Mobility in May of 2021 and worked her way up through the sales management trainee program throughout the Inland Empire. Most recently, she was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager where she is currently responsible for hiring in the Central Coast and North Los Angeles area.
